Michael bought us our new home last July and we are enjoying every minute of living in it.  He worked patiently with my husband and I for a long time because we were picky in choosing a home to buy.  We wanted the best home for the least possible price and had many requirements.  He was patient and did not get tired through the process.  What I liked about him was his honesty and sense of humor which made it much easier to do house hunting.  He never lied about anything and did not give us any biased information.  If there was a negative feature on a property he did not try to hide it from us or justify it.  Michael was very open and humble and he made it easy for us to discuss our concerns  and doubts.  We hope to keep our beautiful home for the rest of our lives, but if we need to purchase an investment property we would definitely ask Michael to help us.  He is professional, punctual, honest, and open.
